Bryant is the president, chief executive officer, and co-founder of WBM.
His career encompasses a wide range of scales from residential, commercial to master-planned developments.
He was Ayala Land’s head of project development for the South projects of Avida, where he planned and launched Southpark District, Avida’s first township development. He also worked at SM’s management arm, Shopping Center Management Corporation.
Aside from working on his construction projects at WBM, Bryant is likewise one of the co-founders and managing partners of Acceler8, a chain of coworking spaces in the Philippines.
Bryant holds a degree in Business Management from De La Salle University and finished his master’s degree in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management.
Patrick is WBM’s chief operating officer. He has been in the construction industry for over ten years. He began his career in their father’s construction company Wilkonstruct, and has then built his own construction firm with his brother, Bryant.
As COO, Patrick has managed various construction projects with his team of young and dynamic architects and engineers.
Patrick, who graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Marketing, Patrick also holds a diploma in Real Estate Management from the De La Salle University College of St. Benilde.
