Growing up as a young woman I always wonder will l be able to achieve any goals in life. l always asks for help to overcome life obstacles little did l know that the most people you trust or love can turn you down without realizing it. Every moment l woke up alone, I tried to reach for help but no one was reachable because of their busy life. Having only one subject (English), I tried to add more but alas it was to no avail. l cried to the extent of sacrificing my life or to become a prostitute but one voice changed my mindset that l still has something to live for. Life pressures taught me that l must stand up and try something. In August 2016 Opportunity came by to work in a saloon. I did not know anything about saloon or even the requirements. As a strong woman who had face difficult challenges, l told myself am going to do it. Faith and prayed work best for me and I start learning how to do it. I'm lucky that my boss became my mentor and taught me how to plait. At first since I know nothing about the job, l struggled very hard. The spirit of quitting tried to overcome but my mentor always encourages me that l Will do it. The world is full individuals who want to light the candles to others, my mentor was patient with me in all my learning. Hard work is was made me stronger and become the best in my duties. As time goes on, l left the saloon and went on became a housemaid and this was as result of conditions l was facing. God brought light to me and being a maid was not profession I wanted in life. I revert back to the saloon business. In my life journey I have learn that true love is precious and take time to find

I meet a guy who deceive to be lover of my love. He broke my heart to the extent that I thought my life is over and at some point, I thought of committing suicide. When God want to change your life, He use people. Thanks to my brother, mentor, prayer partner who strengthen me in my dark times. Because of him, I am a shining star, I am amazing, I am beautiful, I am bold and I am a strong woman. Sometimes our past can drag us backwards. In life I have learn not to base your future with pass. I have learned that you have the power to define your life what you want to be. I have learned to focus on the future because the past has already been written and we can only change by going forward. I have learned to hustle, to use my two hands. Marriage is a good thing when we ladies learn to be self- financial independent. Dear ladies equip yourself with skills, with knowledge and with business insights. Find a voice in whatever you do a speak louder to fight for your dream. to work hustle and not to use my legs to make money that's not healthy...marriage it's a good thing that every lady wants before you get married equip yourself to become better the best and the greatest...become your own heroine ,to those around you and to the world...never look down upon yourself as a woman dare to dream and make that dream fruitful... whatever you think of go for it ,try it out it will sprout Perseverance pays, right now I am a hairdresser entrepreneur, who can diversify in all areas of business. Where I work, I have managed to become a leader, I now supervise a small group of individuals. I always inspire the group I work for them to find purpose in life and work for it to achieve greatness. Now I can define the women I am to Esther a prayer warrior, Ruth a Hard worker and Deborah a fighter. Never in a second to allow your failed past define you. Dear girl child, stand up, speak up, work up, arise and shine for the time is now. I would like to recommend my fellow women to read Proverbs 31:10-31 which defines a virtuous woman. Now am Ever smiling and Reaching the steps of Greatness. Today I challenge everyone women out there to never let anything underestimate you ,never allow anyone to look down upon you ,you are a role model, you are a queen in your own kingdom. If I made a choice and changed my life, why not you? Make success choice today and be exemplary to the next generation.
