t is a choice , u don't accidentally grow ,You have to make decisions. In a job, are you growing, In a relationship are you growing, In life are you growing.You need to grow up, not growing old but grow up intellectually. Don't just grow in number. What makes or what shows maturity its the quality of decisions /choices / actions Growing up is the manifestations seen through quality of decisions Kurongeka and maturity they go hand in hand Growing up is to have responsibility, take responsibility. Don't blame others always, don't be obsessed by politics. Decide the future that you like , that's growing up. If you don't want to take responsibility you take time to explain failure , u blame , u defend , justify yourself . *Dont blame on kufirwa , politics , rates , economy .. Wake up with decisions, with a plan , know that you are the one who is going to change, grow up *own up , have a game plan. Grown up person doesn't have competition with people , they don't have point to prove, they don't show off. "Chirere chigokurera tosanyanye kyikoshesa tsumo iyi " , don't depend on your children for a better life , plan a long life . Lets rise up , as a generation that plan ahead , Invest , invest for the future. We are supposed to do better thing, let our children also get better life from us. Invest for our children. The level of growth must be higher . Don't be childish. Appreciate value , changes. Don't do business to prove a point , to prove someone wrong. The view of things must change. Don't be idle ,don't associate with people with idleness. As individuals we must do a maturity growth audit. Get a feedback, an honest on. Most of people want cheerleaders , unoda kunzi wakapenga but ndiwe ukutopenga. Growing up , u must avoid shortcuts , be principled Most of us want to escape the process and want the proceeds. Life is a series of process and we are the process , endure the process of life , go through the process. Character is associated by growth . God is concerned by character,(example of the Israelites on journey to Canaan ,:; they go through a long process, being screened, processed ,) There is a short cut to poverty. There is a difference betwen a dealer and a business people You don't grow on behalf of another person, own up , grow up
