4 DETAILS MATTER: Attention to detail is crucial, The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) serves as the primary source of specific information regarding your property. With your cooperation, we ensure that all information is accurate before listing. To further enhance the visibility of your property, we also feature it on the global MLS network.
5 FEATURE BOOK: The marketing department and I will work together to create a detailed feature book that showcases the unique characteristics of your property. This document will include visual representations, regular property updates, mechanical specifications, tax information, HOA fees, utilities, and other pertinent details.

ALWAYS KEEP IT READY: With beds made, clutter removed, dishes put away and so forth. Picked up... not perfect!
LITTLE THINGS MATTER: Turn on lights or open drapes, place flowers in vases, hang your best towels, light a fire in the fireplace if it’s cold outside, and play soft background music. P.S. AC/DC or Metallica - probably not!
STEP OUT: Grab a cup of coffee or run a few errands. The Buyer will feel more relaxed if allowed to view your home without any distraction.
