Christopher Wands
At an early age, star agent Christopher Wands learned that the key to success in life and real estate is to treat everyone with honesty and sincerity. This advice has always served him well. His reputation for always keeping his clients’ needs and interests in mind has won him praise from all who work with him.
Originally from Port Washington, NY, the Wands family has been synonymous with real estate for generations. The story began with his great-grandparents, grandparents, and, later, his mother, who became a top broker. Following in their footsteps, Christopher proudly continues the family legacy along with his younger brother, who is also part of The Wands Team.
Since joining Douglas Elliman in 2016, Christopher has taken the South Florida real estate market by storm. In his first year, he transacted on a remarkable 35 properties, earning rising star status as Elliman’s Rookie of the Year. Since then, he has listed and sold some of South Florida’s finest properties. He represented the buyer for the penthouse at Miami s One Thousand Museum for a record-setting $19.5 Million amongst over $50M of sales in the building alone. Christopher also represented The East Facing Duplex PH buyer in The Perigon for $43 million, the seller at 1380 Biscaya Drive for $12.875, and was responsible for $200M in pending and closed sales in 2022. In 2022 Christopher founded The Wands Team, currently ranked #15 for Elliman teams nationwide and among the top 10 in Florida.
His impressive accomplishments aside, Christopher s clients appreciate his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and personable approach Regardless of their budget, they know that when they work with Christopher, they benefit not only from his expertise but from his genuine concern for helping them achieve their goals. He covers the entire South Florida luxury real estate market, from Palm Beach to Miami Beach.
A graduate of the University of Miami, Christopher is a North Bay Village resident who supports his community and charities such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition to his real estate business, Chris invests in start-ups. An avid fisherman and sailor, outside of work, you can find him on the water, playing with his two dogs, Cooper and Elle, and enjoying the fantastic South Florida lifestyle with his wife, Emily.

Jacky Deneault
As a native of Miami, Jacky has an exceptionally deep understanding of the local real estate market. She has seen first-hand how the city has grown and changed over the past three decades, and brings this wealth of experience and knowledge to her clients. She has lived and worked throughout South Florida including in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Brickell and Miami Beach, and her unique experiences and perspectives in the real estate market is what sets Jacky apart.
Jacky vigorously studies market trends and current developments and finds value for her clients. She is devoted to understanding and listening to her clients, which enables her to serve as a passionate advocate for her clients and successfully achieve their goals.
Jacky started her career as an attorney working for federal and state judges and judicial agencies, several prestigious law firms, and finally the in-house legal team at a large public corporation. Throughout her legal career, she gained valuable experience in dealing with real estate, corporate and business issues. Her background as an attorney helps her navigate the nuances of the real estate process.
She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with an LL.M. (legal master’s degree) in Real Property Development and was awarded the Ralph Boyer Memorial Scholarship. Prior to that, she obtained a J.D. law degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law where she was a merit scholarship recipient, as well as degrees in English Literature and Business from the University of Miami.
Jacky, an alumna of Ransom Everglades School currently resides in Coconut Grove, Florida with her husband and two young children.

Alexandra Lane moved to the Miami area in 2019, where she fell in love with the people, culture, and lifestyle this impressive international city affords. A Colorado native who previously lived in New York City, Alexandra successfully navigated the challenges of relocating, and provides experienced insight to clients making the same transition Personable and engaging, she brings over a decade of experience in client service, sales, and marketing to her profession.
