Hyattsville officials and the UIP team are excited about the progress at Canvas, a transformative development that will bring new residents, new retail tenants, and two new public plazas to the Arts District of downtown Hyattsville.

Long Service Dinner On October 26th, UIP held its annual Long Service Dinner at The Peking Gourmet Inn. During this intimate gathering, UIPeople who have reached their 5 year+ work anniversaries were treated to a delectable dinner to celebrate their accomplishments, long service, and dedication to UIP. This year, we had the honor of celebrating Steve Cox, Dan Cseplo, Janet Lipscomb, Collins Donkor, Michael Garcia, Marissa Moore, Andy Akers, Jay Fellers, John Abrams, Perry Watson, Erwin Baez, Sam Neal-Lanham, David Yanez, Bill McDuffie, and Casey Franklin.
