EPSILON – UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI participated in virtual recruitment in the fall and also in February and gained fifty new members in total. They held a virtual Yoga with Theta Phi fundraiser, raising over $600 for The Dragonfly Foundation. They also added a new diversity, equity, inclusion, and access position to the chapter.

ZETA – INDIANA UNIVERSITY - BLOOMINGTON added 45 new members into their chapter this past recruitment season. They have been enjoying virtual and small in-person events.

KAPPA – UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH recruited a total of forty-two women between the fall 2020 and spring 2021 semesters. Over the summer, the chapter fundraised almost $2,000 for Bukit Bail Fund, a local bail fund in Pittsburgh. They are now able to have a few in-person events this semester, including big/little reveal, laser tag, and a bracelet making event.

CHI – CREIGHTON UNIVERSITY implemented a new diversity, equity, and inclusion position. They have been approved for in-person volunteering with Heartland Hope Mission. The chapter has also provided resources to sisters for social justice and mental health.

ALPHA BETA – LOYOLA UNIVERSITY - NEW ORLEANS raised over $700 for HandsOn New Orleans Volunteer Center. The chapter also enjoyed a chapter development presentation on prioritizing mental health and self-care.

ALPHA DELTA – ST. NORBERT COLLEGE recruited 11 new members in the fall semester. They were able to hold their superlative awards last year and have enjoyed many sisterhood and recruitment events.

ALPHA EPSILON – ST. JOHN’S UNIVERSITY has enjoyed many virtual events, including raising money for various causes surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement. This past fall, they were able to virtually recruit and initiate eight new women.

ALPHA MU – NORTHERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY enjoyed sisterhood events.

ALPHA XI – CLEVELAND STATE UNIVERSITY was able to conduct in-person recruitment in the spring and virtual recruitment in the fall of 2020. The chapter added thirteen new women over both semesters. They also held a virtual philanthropy event, Pie-a-Theta Phi, where their sisters would be “pied” over Instagram for every $10 raised for one of their local philanthropies, Laura's Home.

ALPHA PI – WAYNE STATE COLLEGE had some successful fundraising ventures this past year. The chapter held Double Good Popcorn fundraisers and sold over $2,000 (half proceeds to the chapter) each semester. The fundraiser benefited Glenmary Home Missioners and The 26

House That Theta Phi Alpha Built; proceeds were donated to Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and the Carolyn Scott Rainbow House, a 56-room guest house for out-of-town families visiting Children’s Hospital & Medical Center. The chapter also donated locally to Haven House, a domestic abuse and violence support center, in Wayne.

ALPHA TAU – EMBRY-RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY held two recruitment events and enjoyed a sisterhood event making tie blankets and toys out of old t-shirts for the Halifax Humane Society.

ALPHA UPSILON – INDIANA UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA held a virtual philanthropy event this year, Pie-a-Theta Phi. Donations were made online and a video compilation of sisters being pied was sent out to donors.

ALPHA PSI – UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON hosted some fun sisterhood events, including a virtual sisterhood social.

ALPHA OMEGA – UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSINPLATTEVILLE was able to participate in both virtual and in-person events last year. Recruitment was in-person last spring and virtual last fall, and the chapter welcomed seven new women. They have continued to volunteer at Ruby’s Pantry, Roundtree Gallery, and tutor at Platteville Middle School, as well as continue to fundraise for QFA’s national philanthropies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

BETA ALPHA – STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT STONY BROOK hosted a number of virtual community service and philanthropy events, like sending virtual cards to patients at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and a local veterans home. Virtual game nights or sister trivia has kept the chapter connected.

BETA BETA – THE COLLEGE OF NEW JERSEY participated in virtual recruitment in early 2020 and welcomed twenty-five new members into the chapter. Sisters have enjoyed virtual events like PowerPoint nights, Netflix parties, and workout classes via Zoom.

BETA GAMMA – FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE AT FLORHAM participated in a virtual 5K for a local food pantry in Morristown, N.J. In February, they hosted their annual philanthropy week, Red Week, to raise money for the American Heart Association, in memory of a chapter sister who passed from heart disease years ago. One of the events, held virtually, was “Talking Spit,” where each participant would tell five jokes over three rounds in order to get sisters to spit out their water and laugh.
