The Editors of The Stradbroke Monthly and representatives of the Parish Council wish to appoint two voluntary posts in the new Stradbroke Monthly Governance Board. The two roles are: Independent Chair of the Board and Independent Village Member (Ideally from the contributors, advertisers or a village resident.) Stradbroke High School—Plea for Missing Pupils! Fifty six years after opening, Stradbroke High School has unveiled an Honours Board listing all the past Head Boys and Head Girls – except for a few…. The School is appealing to former pupils and their families to come forward with the missing names of the Head pupils during any of the following years: • 1963 - 1964 • 1978 - 1991 • 1992 - 1993 The School would be very pleased to hear from anyone who may be able to help piece together the missing parts of their history and allow them to add the names to complete the board. Adult Walk-In Flu Clinic Date Reminder! Please note the surgery will not be sending out individual invite letters. Patients are eligible for a flu jab if they meet the criteria set out on page 6. The surgery will be holding additional flu clinics for eligible children under 18 and all 2,3,& 4 year olds. We will write to parents of these children asking them to ring and book an appointment. All other eligible patients over 18 should just turn up to one of the walk-in clinics below. It is not necessary to make an appointment.
