Santa Lucia Preserve 2022 Sales Report

In 2022, The Preserve experienced continued interest and momentum in real estate and membership sales, balanced out by a normalizing market, and low real estate inventory levels. Real estate sales totaled $48,685,000 with 15 homesites and 5 homes sold. Inventory levels remain at historic lows, and average sales prices for both homes and homesites have increased over the past year.

The Preserve also experienced membership sales that exceeded expectations, welcoming 32 new members across both clubs for a total of $2.5 million in sales.

Membership at The Ranch Club includes access to lodging, dining, hiking trails, Sports Center, fitness and wellness programming, swimming pools, Moore’s Lake and glamping, Equestrian Center, social events, kids camps, and concierge services. One may be invited to apply for membership at The Ranch Club by purchasing Real Estate and/or in conjunction with an application for equity golf membership.

Membership at The Preserve Golf Club includes access to a 365-acre, Top 100 Tom Fazio designed golf course, practice facilities, unlimited rounds of golf, tournaments, social events, dining, one-on-one golf instruction and group clinics, junior golf camps for kids, and a wellappointed clubhouse and locker rooms with spa-like amenities and massage services.

The Preserve’s recreational amenities, activities, and experiences are available through private club membership. Memberships are subject to approval by application and invitation to those who purchase Real Estate (it is not automatically included), and Non-Resident Membership opportunities are also offered.
