REAL ESTATE Santa Lucia Preserve (The Preserve) offers limited opportunities to live within a 20,000-acre nature preserve. Preserving 90% of the land leaves space for just 297 parcels. Resale property may include options for completed custom homes and undeveloped homesites. For those who wish to remodel or design and build a custom home, Design Guidelines have been carefully crafted by The Preserve’s Design Review Board (DRB) and the Santa Lucia Conservancy (The Conservancy), and adopted by the Santa Lucia Preserve Association (SLPA) to ensure that all improvements at The Preserve protect and enhance the natural beauty of this coastal California setting and maintain a high standard of siting and design throughout the community.
MEMBERSHIP The Preserve’s recreational amenities, activities and experiences are available through club membership. Membership is subject to approval by application and is not included with the purchase of Real Estate. There are several levels of membership to suit the individual needs and desires of each family. The Ranch Club Membership at The Ranch Club includes access to lodging, dining, hiking trails, Sports Center, fitness and wellness programming, swimming pools, Moore’s Lake and glamping, Equestrian Center, social events, kids camps and Concierge Services. The Preserve Golf Club Membership at The Preserve Golf Club includes access to a 365-acre, Top 100 Tom Fazio designed golf course, practice facilities, unlimited rounds of golf, tournaments, social events, dining, one-on-one golf instruction and group clinics, junior golf camps for kids, and a well-appointed clubhouse and locker rooms with spa-like
