Originally from Ireland and longtime Southern California residents, Lloyd and Lynnsey come from a real estate family that allows them to bring an incredibly rich rolodex of contacts and a deep knowledge of the business. Together with their team, they specialize in selling luxury and architectural homes across Beverly Hills, Bel Air/Holmby Hills, Brentwood, Malibu, the Sunset Strip/Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Los Feliz, and Orange County.
Lloyd and Lynnsey specialize in selling some of the most iconic and stunning properties in the area. They have recently represented clients such as Sheila Vance, a fashion mogul and CEO; Moira Demos, an Emmy Award-winning director of "Making a Murderer"; and Oren Peli, the creator and director of the highly successful "Paranormal Activity" franchise, which grossed over $890 million at the box office.

Additionally, they have sold homes previously owned by notable figures, including The Beatles' manager, Rihanna, and the legendary Charlie Chaplin. They were responsible for selling the house featured in "Rebel Without a Cause," starring James Dean, the historic property at 2181 N Beverly Blvd, formerly known as Four Oaks, a classic Hollywood Hills restaurant with a rich history, as well as the estate of iconic actress Raquel Welch.
