They have successfully sold over 40 listings in recent years that other agents were unable to sell, including a home on Mulholland for $7.8 million that had been listed by 11 different agents for more than 1,700 days before they closed the sale in just one week.

Additionally, they have sold homes previously owned by notable figures, including The Beatles' manager, Rihanna, and the legendary Charlie Chaplin. They were responsible for selling the house featured in "Rebel Without a Cause," starring James Dean, as well as the historic property at 2181 N Beverly Blvd, formerly known as Four Oaks, a classic Hollywood Hills restaurant with a rich history.
