We will contact our large network within Douglas Elliman and then a critical part of our strategy is contacting all active agents who have recently sold properties in the area. This includes top agents and those selling only a few homes nearby. We make it a point to call each one individually to inform them about your property - they may have that direct connection to your buyer.

Nearly 300 home sales have occurred in Encino in the last year alone.

To market your home, we will personally contact every agent involved in these transactions, representing buyers and sellers. We will also extend our outreach to include Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, and Studio City.
