Solid domed bisque shoulderhead, brushstroked light brown hair, eyes modeled nearly closed with tiniest hint of eyes, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth in grimacing expression, kid pinjointed body, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2 Heubach (square) 7843 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910. 14” (36 cm.) Bisque socket head with tousled brown sculpted hair accented with forelock curls and shaded coloring, intaglio blue side-glancing eyes, white eyedots, black upper eyeliner, one-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, two beaded teeth, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nice antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, some wear to body finish. Marks: 7956 Heubach Germany 7 (head) (holz-masse stamp on body). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910.
