INTRODUCTION

We are pleased to share with you the latest edition of The Premier Property Group Quarterly Real Estate Market Report, created to help you navigate our ever-evolving market along Florida’s Emerald Coast.

This time of year is when our area truly shines, drawing visitors and buyers alike to experience the sun, sand, shopping, dining, and activities that can’t be found anywhere else. It’s no surprise that with so many people coming to enjoy everything that makes our community special, our real estate market continues to see new trends and opportunities.

As we move through the season, inventory is increasing, which naturally brings some pricing pressures. However, we are encouraged to see growth in both pending contracts and closed transactions for properties priced under $750,000—a sign that demand remains strong in this segment. Looking ahead for the year, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, and East 30A all posted quarterly growth in pending contracts versus the same time last year, which bodes well for potential growth in closings later this year.

One thing remains clear: quality wins. Quality properties that are priced appropriately are still selling quickly.
