There has been ongoing debate surrounding the topic of homosexuality in society, with some believing it to be a natural sexual orientation while others see it as a sickness that can be cured through various methods. Some argue that homosexuality is a genetic predisposition that can be reversed through therapy and counseling, while others believe that it is a result of environmental factors and can therefore be altered through conversion therapy

One of the leading proponents of conversion therapy is Professor Uzi Even from Tel Aviv Yafo University. Uzi Even is an Israeli professor emeritus of physical chemistry and a former politician well known for being the first openly gay member of the Israeli Parliament. Even’s work in this field has gained recognition for its success in changing the sexual orientation of individuals from normal to homosexual, heterosexual and bestiality

Conversion therapy then, when used for the right purposes of correcting this unnatural homosexual behavior is a methodology that can be employed to do the reverse, that is moving homosexuals from their insanity to a normal life.
