All of the functions are catered by executive chef and owner, PJ Vadas and his team. The collaboration with Spier is at the heart of Vadas Smokehouse and their farm-to-table menus use only the best quality seasonal ingredients. To facilitate ease for large groups & functions, Vadas offers various set menu options suited to your budget and are flexible in creating a menu of your choice. If required, Vadas can assist you with recommendations of preferred service providers and welcome any coordinator or event planner to make use of their facilities.
