'Happy New Year' written on Iranian-made drone in Ukraine's Kyiv

On a drone manufactured in Iran, the phrase "Happy New Year" was discovered on Sunday in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. During the 10-month conflict with Russia, multiple explosions rocked Kyiv and other parts of Ukraine on Saturday. An image of the drone was shared on Twitter by Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the minister of internal affairs of Ukraine. It was one of 32 that Ukrainian forces destroyed on New Year's Eve, according to the police. Gerashchenko wrote, "Remains of an Iranian drone taken down in the Kyiv region on New Year's Eve." The composing says 'Blissful New Year.' " The initial postings of the images were made on Telegram by Andrii Nebytov, the head of the Kyiv regional police. He wrote on Telegram that 140 reports of hostile drones flying over the Kyiv region on New Year's Eve. In three of the region's districts, the drones' wreckage has already been discovered. Police continue to record the war crimes of the aggressor and look for the remains of drones." Nebytov said the sections were found in a space visited by youngsters. "These fragments are not at the front, where fierce battles are fought, but rather on the sports field, where kids play. Dmytro Kuleba, the foreign minister of Ukraine, said on Saturday that Russian President Vladimir Putin would launch a new round of missile attacks on Ukrainian residential areas to celebrate the new year.

In a tweet, Kuleba stated, "This time, Russia's mass missile attack is deliberately targeting residential areas, not even our energy infrastructure." Putin, a war criminal, "celebrates" the new year by shooting people. Russia needs to be kicked out of its UN Security Council seat because it has always held it illegally." Putin accused the West of lying about peace and using the invasion of Ukraine to sow division in his annual New Year's Eve speech. He delivered the discourse from a tactical base camp with warriors envisioned behind the scenes rather than conventional location before the Kremlin. "It was a year of difficult, necessary decisions, the most important steps toward gaining full Russian sovereignty and powerful consolidation of our society," he said, reiterating his frequently stated assertion that Moscow had no choice but to send troops into Ukraine because it posed a threat to Russia's security.
