rawing delegates away from the city won’t be a hard task when the Sunshine Coast is on the cards. Located on Gubbi Gubbi (Kabi Kabi) and Jinibara land, the region is not just known for its long stretches of pristine beaches, it also offers a variety of accommodation options, premium event venues and more experiences than you can imagine. For business events, there are two large-scale conference and exhibition venues to choose from: the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre at Twin Waters and the Events Centre at Caloundra. Once the meetings are complete, the off-site locations for groups are endless. Take a 30-minute drive into the hinterland where your delegates will be in awe of the Glass House Mountains, a natural playground with hiking tracks, stunning scenery and boutique accommodation for incentives or intimate groups. Just 30 minutes back on the coast, your groups can be cruising the canals and watching the sunset, jumping aboard charters and catching your own crabs to cook, or getting an adrenaline rush at one of the many team-building activities on offer, such as the TreeTop Challenge at the Big Pineapple.
