TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms apply if you are dealing with us as a consumer or as a business for The Hungry Guest. The Hungry Guest reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel this service without notice.
BAKERY GOODS
Please note that all baked goods in our gift hampers have a shelf life of 7-14 days.
PAYMENT
Payments must be made at the time of order, either online, via telephone or in store.
ALLERGIES
Allergen information can be given on request. All products are clearly labelled.
ALCOHOL
No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from The Hungry Guest if the Goods contain alcohol.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Whilst we always endeavour to keep photography and descriptions as accurate as possible, The Hungry Guest reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers for items of equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering. Hamper contents can vary slightly from the image displayed so please see the product descriptions for full listings.
DELIVERY
We can deliver to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, PO boxes and BFPO addresses. If you are in any doubt about delivery to your area, please contact us before placing your order: petworth@thehungryguest.com
Click and Collect orders placed Monday to Thursday are usually ready to collect the next working day. Please ensure that you specify at the checkout when you would like to collect your order. Click and Collect hampers will be available for collection as open, wrapped hampers only. Please specify at point of order if you wish the hamper to be closed upon collection.
For safe delivery of your order, we will require an email address, and a contact number, to enable the courier to keep you updated and give you delivery options. If you are collecting your order from The Hungry Guest Petworth via Click and Collect, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email with you, either printed, or digitally. Collection is available for all products, up to and including December 24th. These must be ordered by the 18th December.
Orders for courier delivery will not be taken after 15th December.
Please note that due to the time of year exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed in December. However, we will always try to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible.
