MEAT All Butchery items ordered for collection must be collected seperately from The Hungry Guest Butchers Shop (01798 343334). Please note butchery items are only available for local delivery on Fridays.

SUBSTITUTIONS Whilst we always endeavour to keep photography and descriptions as accurate as possible, The Hungry Guest reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers for items of equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering. Hamper contents can vary slightly from the image displayed so please see the product descriptions for full listings.

DELIVERY We can deliver our gifts to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.

We offer local delivery on a Friday only, within a 20-mile radius for orders with a minimum spend of £25. This service has a set charge of £5.

All other deliveries will be sent via courier within 72 hours of placing your order. Courier charges will be added, price dependant on size, weight and location. Quote will be given at time of payment.

For safe delivery of your parcel, we will require an email address, and a contact number, to enable the courier to keep you updated, and give you delivery options.

Collection is available for all products, up to and including December 24th. These must be ordered by the 21st December.

Orders for courier delivery will not be taken after 13th December.

Please note that due to the time of year exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed in December. However, we will always try to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible.
