Our building prices for G1-5 include base, installation & VAT. What’s more, we include all the basics you need to get started.

The listed price of your chosen garden room is fully inclusive of everything you need to get started.

We make sure there are no hidden costs for the things you would really need to make your garden room comfortable, cosy, secure and stylish.

Just add your electrical connection and you are good to go!

Our garden room sizes are based on the internal floor measurement which we believe is more meaningful and workable, being representative of the actual usable living space that your garden room is adding to your home - not the footprint that it takes up in your garden.

A complete professional installation of your garden room is included in the price. This includes the base/foundations, the building installation and the internal electrics.

What’s more, delivery is also included if you live within 100 miles of our Buckinghamshire factory and showroom (HP18 OXB).
