Michael Frank reports “Life as a City Manager, Novato, CA, continues to be both challenging and rewarding. After spending over 20 years in San Francisco, it has been an adjustment moving to the “country” although being 30 minutes to the coast, wine country, and the City has its advantages. I am pretty lucky to be living the good life with my husband, daughter, age 10, and two dogs.
