The Lookout Mountain Club was established in 1925 and offers a celebrated links style golf course designed by renowned architect Seth Raynor, two elegant clubhouses with several dining and banquet venues, a full fitness and wellness center, a tennis center, and the brow-side swimming pool, all with exquisite views of the north Georgia mountains and rolling foothills of the Chattanooga Valley.

Lookout Mountain Club is seeking a personable, visionary, and experienced club professional who thrives in a family-oriented, luxury club environment This individual must possess the ability to establish meaningful connections and have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and Boards
The General Manager/COO will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the club's operations. They must have strong financial acumen, food and beverage experience, project management experience, and strategic planning abilities. This role involves working closely with the Board of Directors and the management team to deliver personalized, high-touch service to club members and their guests while guiding the club into the future.
They will be responsible for continuing to promote a positive culture and delivering quality member experiences through consistent leadership, continuous improvement, and sincere engagement with members and staff.

▪ An individual that focuses on continuously improving, constantly evaluating and benchmarking performance to implement steps towards a better Member experience.

✓ A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership and management experience in a private club environment. Current GM experience preferred.
✓ CCM designation is preferred.
✓ A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management is a plus.
✓ The position is available immediately.
Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Club offers an excellent bonus and benefit package.
