Located in Augusta, Ga., Augusta National Golf Club is dedicated to being the finest private golf club for its members and hosting the world -renowned Masters Tournament . Inspired by the mission of its founders, Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts, the Club strives to promote the virtues of the game through the Masters, Augusta National Women’s Amateur, Drive, Chip and Putt, Asia -Pacific Amateur Championship and Latin America Amateur Championship

About the Position

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a service oriented, self motivated and highly detailed Club professional to assume the role of Lead of Hospitality Operations . This individual will be responsible for oversight of two premiere hospitality venues, Map and Flag and Berckman’s Place

Under the direction of the Hospitality Operations Manager, this position will have full oversight of all outside services, food and beverage, and guest services for these locations . The Lead of Hospitality Operations will assure the highest level of service is provided in all areas, while maintaining the utmost level of integrity, and strictest confidentiality of Club business .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee front -of-house operations and ensure quality service and standards in designated venues.

• Assist with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance, emphasizing a service-driven, inclusive, and collaborative culture.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and interfaces with patrons to ensure satisfaction.

• Promote workplace wellbeing, teamwork, accountability, and continual improvement.

• Provide hands -on supervision, ensuring team leaders understand procedures, standards, and expectations.

• Allocate staff and resources based on daily needs and project priorities.

• Plan and manage financial objectives, hospitality goals, and improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrate advanced IT competence for data management and industry -specific applications.

• Possess a keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and appreciation for quality.

• Effective communicator (written and verbal) and time manager; skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks.

• Capable of motivating and developing teams in a fast -paced hospitality environment.

• Develop efficiencies and makes improvements to current processes and service standards.

• Responsible for compliance with responsible alcohol service and local health department policies.

• Train others on ownership areas by clearly demonstrating responsibilities, procedures and best practices on task accomplishment.

• Directly supervise all tournament leadership, ensuring they possess knowledge of our processes, products, and standards and perform in accordance with all Club expectations.

Qualifications

✓ Three to five years of hospitality management experience in a prestigious hotel, club, restaurant, or resort.

✓ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

✓ Related professional certification is preferred.

✓ Tournament operations experience a plus.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Club offers an excellent bonus and benefit package.
