Located in the center of the historic El Cid neighborhood, Hotel Biba is a storied icon of West Palm’s diverse culture Listed on the Historic Register, BIBA is being reinvented as a curated oasis for discerning local and international guests who share a love for West Palm Beach.
Set to open in early 2025, BIBA will be an exclusive private social club and 26-room hotel focused on crafted culinary experiences, cultural celebration and the forging of relationships. With a Food and Beverage Concept developed by the Paris Society and the unique architecture and interior design by Parisian architect, Reda Amalou, BIBA is a destination to be desired

BIBA is searching for a positive, enthusiastic, and caring individual to assume the role of Talent and Culture Manager. The Talent and Culture Manager will develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent at BIBA. This role will focus on fostering a positive work culture aligned with the club’s luxury and service standards.
In addition to the recruitment, retention and engagement of all employees this individual will assist in day-to-day Human Resource practices in accordance with all Club policies and local and federal laws and regulations

▪ The ability to work collaboratively and influence others at all levels of the organization.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure a high-quality workforce
▪ Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
▪ Manage performance appraisal systems and staff development initiatives.
▪ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
▪ The ability to listen thoughtfully and handle comments, grievances, and suggestions in a calm and strategic manner.
▪ Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality.
▪ Manages the club’s personnel program; assists in the development and implementation of applicable policies and procedures; processes various labor staffing reports; coordinates software applications to generate required information
▪ Benchmarks the club’s employee recruitment and selection processes with others in the industry and explores new strategies as appropriate.
▪ Oversees payroll and implements payroll procedures alongside the Finance Department.
▪ Develops and updates all position job descriptions and documents with input from the Department Heads and General Manager.
▪ Distributes employee wide communications to keep all employees informed and engaged on changes in benefits, policies, Club happenings, events, etc
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✓ Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
✓ Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
