The winners will be announced at the end of February in a separate publication celebrating the victors.

The Daily Star Readers’ Choice Best of the Best 2017 Awards

Official Rules Every year, readers of The Daily Star choose the best local area businesses from among over 130 categories. The award winning institutions earn this special recognition as our reader’s favorites, and it’s time once again to make your voices heard.

The first round of voting done online has been completed. The top three votegetters in each category are listed in this publication. Readers are now able to select the final category winners, either online or by submitting the enclosed paper ballots by midnight February 11, 2018.

The winners will be announced in a celebratory section publishing on February 28, 2018.

All paper ballots must be actual newsprint pages (no faxes or photocopies will be counted). All those who vote will be registered to win $100, courtesy of The Daily Star. The winner will be announced February 28, 2018. It’s our way of thanking you for choosing our area’s Best of the Best for 2017!
