Entries in these sections will be considered for the “Grand Champion” and “Reserve Champion” ribbons given to the quilts eligible to compete in this competition. They must be hand quilted by the maker/ exhibitor to be eligible for the OAAS competition. Credit must be given: please state if quilt is a sole effort or a group effort (include name of group or collaborator). If there is a story attached to the design and/ or fabrics, please include it. May be machine or hand quilted.
