“Books and movies are like apples and oranges. They both are fruit, but taste completely di erent” - Stephen King
We begin with this quote as we welcome The Life of Chuck to the cinema, the latest King adaptation, this time from his beautiful 2020 novella of the same name. You can also catch Materialists, Bring Her Back, and Amadeus at the end of August!
On to the big news, The Roses and Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale will be dominating our screens this September. The hilarious new comedy from Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch, followed by everyone’s favourite period drama are expected to be very busy, so we’d recommend booking early! Not excited by these? Maybe RADIX’s Sorry, Baby or Eddington are for you!

“You can take a lot of elements in this movie in more than one way, really. That’s a compliment to the filmmakers. A lot of movies barely have a point of view at all. This one is a prism in comparison. It gives viewers what David Lynch called ‘room to dream.’”

Something bad happened to Agnes. But life goes on - for everyone around her, at least.
This dark comedy drama marks the bold debut of writer, director and lead actor Eva Victor. At times laugh-out-loud funny, and at others a painfully honest account of recovery from trauma, Sorry, Baby is a tonally complex debut film.
