CAREER DEVELOPMENT

We encourage associates to develop their careers with The Cliffs and support promotions from within.

Leadership Engagment : The Cliffs places a high value on hands-on leadership, mentoring, education for associates, and providing valuable feedback on performance.

Training Programs: All associates are allowed to participate in training. Certification programs include TIPS, CPR/AED and First Aid, Leadership Programs for emerging leaders and current managers, and ServSafe.

LIMITED CLUB PRIVILEGES

A great perk of employment at The Cliffs includes the opportunity to play some of our golf courses. Employees may also make discounted purchases from golf shops.

EMPLOYEE MEAL PROGRAM

The Clubs serve two complimentary meals each week for associates to enjoy in accordance with their shift and break times.

Available to any employee on the first day of the month following 12 months of employment. Maximum contributions and company matching percentages vary.
