The Cliffs Realty sales center was renovated by Greenville-based general contractor, Trehel, who have also begun remodeling and expanding the community’s existing wellness center nearby. The Cliffs reported a strong start to 2025, with a 25% YOY increase in sales volume and a 22% YOY increase in closed transactions during the first half of the year. This momentum has continued and is reflected in the recent sale of 142 Cherokee Rose Trail at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, which sold for $4,275,000, the largest residential sale ever recorded in the community.
