A native of Upstate South Carolina, Frank Nix brings a deep appreciation for the region to his role as a Sales Executive at Cliffs Realty. His extensive experience within The Cliffs community allows him to showcase what makes each region unique while helping clients find their perfect home.
Before transitioning to Cliffs Realty, Frank spent five years as a PGA Golf Professional at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls. His time at the club gave him an in-depth understanding of the lifestyle and amenities that make The Cliffs so special. His passion for real estate, and his firsthand knowledge of The Cliffs led to a natural transition into sales—an opportunity he embraced wholeheartedly.
Frank’s main goal is to help others discover what makes The Cliffs extraordinary, and to guide them in finding a place that truly feels like home. He particularly enjoys working in The Asheville region, where outdoor adventure meets a vibrant arts and culinary scene.
