Marking a new era in its history in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Montblanc held its first official launch event in Riyadh, to showcase its Great Characters Jimi Hendrix Limited Edition in true rockstar style.

Over 160 VIP guests, media, social influencers and friends of the Maison joined Montblanc’s global CEO Nicolas Baretzki and Franck Juhel, President of Montblanc MEIA, for an evening immersed in 1960’s rock ‘n’ roll culture and the musical genius of Jimi Hendrix.

Held in the equally popular Riyadh branch of London’s stylish Signor Sossi restaurant, the evening was electric with music, art, food and fashion, bringing to life elements of the culture and avantgarde essence of Jimi Hendrix.

FOR SPRING 2023, GIVENCHY PRESENTS THE CAPSULE COLLECTION IN COLLABORATION WITH (b). STORY

This season, Givenchy is pleased to present a special collaboration with the Atlanta-born, New York based underground brand (b).STROY.

Building on a longstanding friendship, Givenchy Creative Director Matthew M. Williams and (b).STROY explore a shared love of fashion and contemporary art through experimental shapes and treatments with a dash of audacity. The goal: to create an experience beyond fashion that focuses on expressing individual style.

For Spring 2023, Givenchy and (b).STROY unveil a capsule collection that looks to the future of fashion through inclusivity, innovative materials, silhouettes, and details. For Givenchy, (b).

STROY offers a sort of eternity loop of positive and negative space, layered colors and distressed effects — as well as on the double-headed hoodie that featured in the "American Fashion" exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (through September 5th, 2022).

Givenchy essentials for women and men include oversized, draped t-shirts with funky graphics, all-over print in bright blue, pink and yellow on t-shirts and jeans. A tribute to the iconic Berbere Module paved ring: This new pendant offers a bold reinterpretation of the decomposed Berbere signature ring. The latest drop includes strictly limited-edition Recrafted styles, which breathe new life into existing pieces. An unworn velvet dinner jacket and pants are recrafted by skilled tailors at the HUGO BOSS HQ in Metzingen, Germany, to create a unique suit comprised of a hybrid jacket and short pants.

Additional styles bearing the label Reused are made from surplus materials, again to limit the use of virgin fabrics and create something new from what we already have. These include a graphic, oversize

sweater and matching knitted hat, and a unique padded jacket with a graphic design resembling mountain peaks.

Finally, a selection of Responsible styles completes the BOSS x PHIPPS collection, including organic cotton tees and scarves, high-top sneakers with vegan uppers developed from pineapple leaf fibers, and a color-block backpack in certified recycled polyester.
