Each month we like to share a super simple tip to help us all become a bit more sustainable.

Failing that, make good use of the freezer – most fresh food can be frozen and used at a later date.

Plan your meals effectively! Create a weekly meal plan. It will mean you don’t waste food, and you will save a significant amount of money too. If we are going to cook something with specialist or unusual ingredients, for example ginger, fresh chillies, lemongrass, etc, then plan additional meals that week that also require those ingredients.
