Our dedicated team of Pilates instructors are on-hand to introduce you to Pilates and help you achieve your goals. Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your core, tone your body and enhance your fitness routine. We offer Private Pilates Personal Training as well as Group Pilates Reformer classes. Please feel free to ask one of our trainers how Pilates can benefit you.

SATURDAY, JUNE 3 & 24 Mixed Level classes where the instructor blends the two levels of exercises to fit the needs of the group. (55 minutes)

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS Please email or call the instructor assigned to class to assure your slot, space is limited to 6 participants. Members must arrive 5 minutes before class. Class rates, days and times are subject to change. For the most up to date schedule, please visit the Pilates page on our website. CANCELLATION POLICY You must contact your instructor prior to the class or private session. Classes and rates subject to change and cancellation on a monthly basis pending attendance. 24 Hour cancellation enforced: Please remember to call, email or text your instructor or you will be charged for the class.
