Now in our 40th year of operation, the AIM Family continues this mission by going above and beyond basic business requirements of the times. What was required 40, 30, 20 or even 5 years ago continues to change because times, situations and, of course, people change. The marketplace four decades ago was certainly not the same as it is today. Back then, Members who had grasped the opportunity to become AIM entrepreneurs would often personally deliver canisters of barley grass powder from the trunks of their vehicles: a prime example of going above and beyond. The personal touch will always have a place in time. In 1982, most people did not have computers, and those who did will
