The Fatigue

BOOSTING YOUR ENERGY LEVELS – NATURALLY! Fatigue is one of the main complaints of many of my patients. Many people fall into the trap of drinking more coffee to stay awake, eating sugary snacks to ‘boost’ energy levels or resorting to some wonder drug that will launch you into action! Go to the store, and you’ll see a multitude of vitamins, herbs, and other supplements touted as energy boosters. Some are even added to soft drinks and other foods. But there’s little or no scientific evidence that socalled ‘magical’ energy bullets actually work. Over the last decade or so the popularity of products promising to boost your physical and mental energy levels have soared. Here are a few tips to making sure YOU take control over YOUR energy levels:

1. Manage your STRESS!

No-one can eliminate or reduce stress in your life, but you can learn to manage it appropriately. Firstly, take some time to log what areas in your life are stressful and which ones you can control more effectively.
