Mauricio Umansky

FOUNDER AND CEO

Mauricio Umansky is the Founder and CEO of The Agency, a billion-dollar brokerage that utilizes world-class technology and innovative marketing strategies to assist agents and their clients in achieving their real estate goals. Since its inception in 2011, the firm set out to create an industry-disrupting model that would redefine the business and foster a unique culture rooted in the core philosophy of collaboration. In its ten years, The Agency has done that and much more.

Mauricio has achieved nearly $5 billion in real estate sales and holds the distinction of selling the most homes in the country priced above $20M. He has represented some of the world’s most noteworthy properties, including the Playboy Mansion, the first house in L.A. to sell above the $100M mark, Walt Disney Estate, and residences owned by Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan and Prince. Mauricio and The Agency also represent some of the world’s top developers and resort brands, including One&Only, Rosewood, and The Ritz-Carlton. Together with his team, Mauricio is noted as one of the highest producing agents by The Wall Street Journal’s REAL Trends annual list, and has been ranked #69 on Swanepoel’s 2023 Power200, a prestigious list of top real estate executives in the U.S.

With solid infrastructure and a renowned brand that is featured on international television shows including Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and most recently, Buying Beverly Hills on Netflix, The Agency has grown to over 85 corporately-owned and franchise offices and over 1,500 agents across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. Mauricio recently published The Dealmaker, now available in bookstores around the country. He is also a proud member of The Young Presidents Organization (YPO),an influential and world-renowned business networking organization. His philanthropic work includes serving as a board member for Giveback Homes, an organization dedicated to building homes for families in need, and supports The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and the National Breast Cancer Association.

Sandro Dazzan

One of the nation’s top real estate agents, Sandro Dazzan serves as Managing Partner of The Agency Malibu office. Having closed over $3.5 billion in sales throughout his career, he ranked as the Number 15 in California, Number 40 agent in the country, and Number 1 in Malibu in the 2024 REAL Trends Inc./ Wall Street Journal ranking. Sandro had a total sales volume of more than $235 million in 2024. He also represented the seller in one of Malibu’s highest SF sales in 2024 for $61 million. Previous career highlights include closing Malibu’s highest residential sale in 2022 and highest land sale in Malibu history. His rapid path to success caught the attention of Forbes, which featured him on its prestigious “30 Under 30” list.

One of those rare individuals who can say he was born and raised in Malibu, among the most coveted addresses on earth, Sandro watched his mother’s real estate business flourish from a young age. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA in 2005, Sandro made a decision that would change the course of his career, passing up an opportunity to work as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley to join the family business of real estate. Today, Sandro finds great fulfillment in helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals in the city he is proud to call home. Known for his intimate local knowledge, easygoing nature and strong grasp of technology, Sandro is a skilled negotiator and natural networker, constantly meeting new people in and around Malibu, which often leads to new listing opportunities. Sandro’s clients directly benefit from his level of involvement in, and passion for, the Malibu community, along with his ever- expanding professional network.

When he’s not touring real estate with his clients, Sandro takes advantage of Malibu’s beautiful weather every chance he gets, whether fitting in a morning surf session or hiking in the Malibu canyons. An avid golfer and member of Calabasas Country Club, Sandro enjoys connecting with his clients and colleagues out on the course. As a yoga enthusiast, he remains steadfast in leading a balanced lifestyle, preferring to leave his stress on the mat. These activities are all points of connection for his clients, who see Malibu as the ultimate escape on the coast. Sandro is actively involved with the Humane Society, The BCF (Breast Cancer Fundraiser), Its Bigger than Us and Give Back homes. He was treasurer of the Malibu Association of REALTORS for ten years and served on the board of directors for The MLS for five years.

Sacha Radford

Sacha Radford has a passion for hard work and collaboration, which has led to her success in real estate and her track record for exceeding clients’ expectations from the moment they begin working with her. Named one of Angeleno Magazine’s Dynamic Women of the Year, Sacha’s intimate knowledge of local markets, professionalism, service, and distinct ability to quickly hone in on her clients’ tastes allow her to work quickly to achieve results for both buyers and sellers.

Sacha has been featured numerous times on Million Dollar Listing LA, interviewed on the luxury market and Los Angeles real estate for the Associated Press, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Mansion Global, Dwell, and the Los Angeles Times. Her deep love of Southern California informs her pursuit to match buyers with their perfect home. She derives great joy from helping to make dreams a reality.
