by Christin SmithHello happy May. I hope April showers brought may flowers for you. Thank you for your continued cooperation with the construction and remodel. Please remember to drop your rent checks off at lot 40.
Please do not dump in the blue dumpster as that is for the construction crew doing renovations.
We still have coffee and doughnuts in the clubhouse every Thursday over at 40. We also have a limited library and sitting area for your use should you need to sit in the clubhouse.
Rent increase letters went out last month please reach out if you have not received yours. The new rent is effective July 1st.
