FROM YOUR COPPERSUN MANAGER, George Immerso

Welcome November!!!! I have received several entry remote controls for the Coppersun gate. There is no deposit for them, and to purchase one is $35.00. Once purchased, you own it.

All bids for repairing the potholes in the streets have been submitted to the Corporation. New swimming pool lights have been installed for better vision in the evening.

There are still some residents who have not picked up their house numbers. I have the remaining number plates in my office.

Coppersun has joined with our sister community, Sevilla Sol, for some upcoming activities and events. This is a great opportunity to meet new friends. Have a positive, safe and happy month.

Sincerely; George Immerso

MESSAGE FROM YOUR COPPERSUN HOME SALES ASSOCIATE

Happy November 2025 from Coppersun Sales. Please note that we still have several new homes available, as well as some nice pre-owned homes. Please stop by my office located at Lot# 25 and get information about the various homes and the current incentives being offered. Have a great month everyone.

Sincerely;

FROM YOUR COPPERSUN ACTIVITY DIRECTOR, Joanne Ayotte

Whoo hoo! Happy November! Oh how we welcome Phoenix’s Fall and Winter months. We have quite a few activities planned on our November and December calendar. Get ready for the dual community Craft, Bake and Carport sale on Saturday, November 8th from 8am to 4pm. Some residents will be having their own private carport sale at their homes. We also have residents from Sevilla Sol coming that day to join us to work the tables and sell bakes goods, crafts, and miscellaneous other items. This event is a fundraiser for both communities Activity Funds.

Karen Orwig will be hosting the last craft class of 2025 on Wednesday, November 12th at 10am. This will be a Christmas theme art class. Our November Girl Talk Ladies Luncheon will be on Wednesday, November 19th. We meet and depart the clubhouse at 11:30 am. Diane M’s Bible Study Class has resumed and is being enjoyed by many of our wonderful women in the community. This weekly study goes through the month of November. Steve and Roxanne S. are hosting a fun new card game called 52 Card Bingo on the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30 pm. Barry Bevars has scheduled another one of his fun games (Match Game) on Saturday, December 6th at 2pm. You must sign up to play this particular game. Our regularly scheduled activities such as Bunco, Bingo, Horse Races, and all of our different card games are listed on your monthly calendar. Don’t forget about coffee and donuts each Friday morning at 9am. This is a great opportunity to engage in positive and friendly communication with your neighbors. I want to once again thank the resident hosts for conducting these fun activities for the people here in the community.

Now that the weather has cooled down, the outdoor monthly sports tournaments are getting our residents some fresh air, exercise and lots of fun. Winter Walking is back. If you would like to walk with other walkers, just meet at the clubhouse on Wednesday at 9:30 am, or coordinate with other walkers for days and times that work for you.

Stay tuned for our community “Holiday Meal” Activity that is planned for Saturday, December 13th at 2pm. The park is providing the food. If you choose to bring a dessert to share, that would be nice. After the meal, we will have the White Elephant Gift Exchange for all the residents who choose to

participate. Just bring a wrapped new, or gently used gift that is valued at between $10.00-$20.00. We will also have a table set up for anyone who wants to participate in a Cookie Exchange. Bring a dozen cookies to exchange. This Cookie Exchange is separate from the donated dessert items for the meal.

Mark your calendar for the Christmas Light Parade. This will take place on Christmas Eve at 6:30pm. You can join the parade with your decorated vehicle or golf cart , or just step outside your door as the vehicles go by and wave and say hello and Happy Holidays.

In conclusion, I want to personally thank the residents who have written to me, called and texted me, or spoke to me in person offering their gratitude and support for the work that is done in Activities. Your positive words and kindness mean a lot ,and it is very much appreciated. Enjoy your Coppersun friends and activities this holiday season.

Most Sincerely;

HOLIDAY MATCH GAME

Barry Bevars is once again hosting a fun, interactive game for the Coppersun residents. The Holiday Match Game has been scheduled for Saturday, December 6 @ 2:00 pm. All residents signing up will get to play and have a high chance of coming away with $*! (The amount of cash will depend on the number of participants.) There is no fee to play.

During the Holiday Match Game, a group of participants (the number in a group will depend on the number of people who sign up to play) will be called up to play. During the first round one individual will be selected to be "Santa” and the others to be the “Elves.” They will be asked a question, and each player will write down his or her response. It’s Santa’s job to try to think of how his/her elves will respond and try to match as many of the elves as possible. Every time Santa matches an elf, both Santa and the elf receive a point; depending upon the number of players signing up, each point will equal $*. After all elves have responded Round 1 ends, and Round 2 begins with Santa becoming an elf, and an elf becoming Santa. Another question is asked and matches recorded. This continues until all players have been both Santa and an elf. At that point a new group of players is selected and the game repeated. The Holiday Match Game concludes once all those who have signed up to play have participated. The money will be exchanged for the points at the end of each game.

Any and all are encouraged to sign up on the App or at the clubhouse. It is important to make sure each participant provides his/her name; please don’t put just the number of players from your lot. The deadline to sign up is Monday, December 1.
