Hello residents! I want to let you know that I am still working on repairs and improvements for the Coppersun Community. Several residents have told me things that they would like to have. You can always jot down your requests and put them in the suggestion box in the clubhouse lobby for me to review. If you have not signed your rental addendum yet, please expedite it as time is running out to do so. Let’s all work together to make Coppersun an enjoyable place to call home.

October is right around the corner, and we have some exciting news. Our new Coppersun Ladies Bible Study Group will be focusing on letting wisdom become alive for you. We’ll be doing this using the book The Way of Wisdom, The Study of the Book of Proverbs by Jen Wilkin, Ruth Chou Simons, Kelly Minter, Adrienne Camp, Elizabeth Woodson, and Courtney Doctor. We will be starting up October 1st, and continue every Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 through December 3rd at the Coppersun Clubhouse. We will be taking November 26th off as residents prepare for Thanksgiving. It is a quick, 8 week study.
The book of Proverbs describes Godly wisdom as a path that leads to life that flourishes. It also warns of the folly
of worldly wisdom as a path that leads to the grave. As you consider wisdom principles on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neighborliness, money management, leadership, think about how a study on Godly wisdom can help you, your family and your relationships.

The group is facilitated by Diane McNeilly. If you have any questions, call Diane at 720-428-1223.
Hello everyone!!! Fall is in the air and many Coppersun residents are happy that our outdoor sports have resumed. We have Bocce, Cornhole, Pickleball and Shuffleboard tournaments each month. Choose your favorite sport to play, or sign up for all of them. Our activity calendar is quite full with craft events, parties, food events, regular games and specialty games. Activity Meetings have also resumed. Please check your calendar for dates and times. They will be scheduled periodically as needed. Your participation is essential to ensure that we are scheduling activities for all to enjoy. Please make note that we will be having a big poolside party here on Saturday, October 11th from 4 to 7pm. There will be catered food and a live local band called The Moonshine Band to entertain you. This event is free to residents of Coppersun and Sevilla Sol communities.
Halloween is right around the corner. We will be having our annual Trunk or Treat event at the mailbox area of the community at 6pm on Halloween. Kids, get ready to Trick or Treat! Then at 7pm until 9pm there will be an adults only party in the clubhouse. Bring a snack to share and BYOB. George is planning some type of music for our entertainment.
I want to personally welcome all new residents to the community, and to invite you to join us for the various activities we schedule here at Coppersun. I want to especially thank Diana Carol and her grandchildren for passing out newsletters to each individual home in the community. We are all very grateful for that. I also want to thank the people who hop right up after potlucks and wash utensils, etc...These are the individuals that make Coppersun a very nice place to live. I just cannot thank you enough. Stay safe everyone and enjoy your October 2025.
Most Sincerely;
Joanne K. Ayotte Coppersun Community Activity Director

This month we would like to introduce Jim and Carol Brassard in Lot#18 to the community. Here are the responses to our interview:
When did you move into the community? On July 16th, 2025 after spending 6 weeks living in our 5th wheel at Solara Sands.
Why did you decide to live here? After looking at multiple community parks, from Prescott to San Tan Valley, this park seemed very different from the rest, and we were able to afford the 3 bedroom unit that we so wanted.
Where have you called “home?” Give 3or 4 facts about your home state that are not common knowledge: Carol is home to Indiana... Larry Bird grew up in French Lick, IN. The West Baden in French lick is a famous hotel. Jim is home to Rhode Island...one of our original 13 colonies... crab cakes are a favorite food.
What interests do you have? Card games, Bible Study, photography, RV traveling, reading and crocheting.
What do you think would make this community even better? A welcome committee for new arrivals.
Is there anything else you'd like add? We desired to find an active community and be involved. Our background in senior housing for 25 years prompted this decision.
