Install HP Deskjet 2540 Printer on Mac in Simple Steps

Step 1: Try resetting the print environment on your Mac device. Choose the Apple icon on your Mac dock and select the System Preferences option.

Step 2: Click Printers & Scanners and hold the Ctrl button on your keyboard. Select anywhere near the list of available devices and click the Reset Printing system option.
