The men’s cross country squad came into the 2023 season returning experienced athletes in 12 runners. After finishing 5th in the conference the previous year, the Bluejays displayed how much they advanced in the past year when they finished 3rd overall in their 2023 campaign. The team claimed their 3rd place finish with their “pack running” mentality when the teams top five runners all finished in the top 30 and within one minute of each other. Junior Alan Catana qualified for the NAIA Cross Country Championships, where he finished 168nd out of 318 with a time of 26:03.7.
The 2023 season was a historic one for the women’s cross country team. For the Sixth-straight year, the Tabor women’s cross country team finished in the top five at the KCAC Championships, after they finished as runner-ups. The team was led by Danielle Allison, Brooke Wiebe and Emma Willison, who would compete at the NAIA Cross Country Championships. Out of 326 runners at the national meet, Allison finished in 87th and Wiebe was right behind her in 90th. These two finishes were the two highest places a Bluejay has finished at the national meet in Tabor history. This past season also included the first time the team has ever been ranked in the NAIA, when the team cracked the top 25 in the national polls.

Tabor had a learning season as they had some new faces on the field this year. Finishing in 10th place this year in the KCAC Regular Season gives them the opportunity to grow for next year.
Tabor soccer team had 10 Scholar-Athletes and had one KCAC All-Conference award. Sam Butler was voted by the KCAC men’s soccer coaches and received KCAC Honorable Mention for the 2022 season. Butler had 6 goals, 1 assists, on the year.
Tabor got their first conference win against Kansas Wesleyan with a final score of 1-0. Scoring a header off a free kick to give the Bluejays the lead in the second half. Another win for the Bluejays was against Sterling College where the Bluejays dominated the match, winning 6-1. The goals scored in that game were by Jonathan Davis, Aitor Jorde, Ander Bengoetxea, Owen Bellamy, and Sam Butler.

Tabor women’s soccer team started their season off with challenging opponents which allowed them to work towards competing in conference. Graduating 8 athletes that were significant impacts in the last four years this year's team was going to be young.
Throughout the season the Bluejays learned how to overcome adversity and learn from their mistakes as a team. This was a learning experience for most freshmen, but by the end of the season, the development was seen on the field. The Bluejays also showed that they weren’t going down without a fight all season long. The Bluejays came into the season strong getting their first conference win against Mcpherson College 3-0. Also showing their fight these ladies came back to tie after being behind against Ottawa University, Friends University, and Southwestern College. These ladies also earned a chance to make a run in the KCAC Conference Tournament but lost against Kansas Wesleyan University.
The Bluejays entered the season with a projected ranking of 10th in the conference in both the media and coaches poll. The Bluejays would go on to prove the voters wrong, finishing 5th in the conference after finishing 6-5. The Bluejays started the season off hot, winning five of their first six games. The win streak included a home win with Friends University, with the Bluejays winning handily 35-16. The game marked a monumental milestone for Head Coach Mike Gardner, as it will go down in history as his 100th win for his tenure at Tabor College.
The second half of the season was unforgiving for the Bluejays as it featured three games in a row with nationally ranked teams. However, the Bluejays were able to capitalize on their season by earning a 35-0 win on Senior Day. The Bluejays earned 11 spots on various KCAC All-conference teams.
Tabor welcomed first year Head Coach Casey Quiggle to the team this year. After losing eight seniors from the 202122 season, Bluejay volleyball knew they may be in for a challenging season. Tabor struggled with injuries throughout the season and played numerous 4 and 5 set matches. They showed they could compete but struggled closing out matches. Their first two wins came at Baker University and at Doane University before getting heavy into conference play. The Bluejays had three conference matches that went into five sets they nearly won.
A highlight of the season was a thrilling 5-set victory over Friends University on Senior Night. Tabor finished 12th in the KCAC regular season and the season came to an end at the University of St. Mary in the KCAC Tournament Quarterfinals.
The Bluejays occupied two spots on the KCAC all-conference teams and also had 10 Scholar Athletes out of the 13 eligible students for the award.

The Bluejays began KCAC play with a pair of road wins at St. Mary and Sterling. Consecutive wins were accompanied by two consecutive losses, but the Bluejays bounced back to win an exciting game at McPherson by four points.
After Christmas break, Tabor struggled to find their footing on the offensive end which led to several close losses. The Bluejays earned the season sweep over St. Mary with a 69-52 win at home as well as a thrilling come from behind victory against York, 67-64. With the men’s side of the KCAC being one of the most competitive conferences in the country, the Bluejays struggled to compete with the experience and talent they faced. Tabor landed nine players on the KCAC Scholar Athlete list, earned two All-Conference Awards and placed seven players on the NAIA Scholar Athlete list.

After losing a bulk of experienced players from last season, Tabor struggled in the fall season against strong opponents. A highlight from the fall was qualifying two women to play in the ITA Regional Championships, which were Tara Stewart and Bethany Yutzy. In the spring season, the Bluejays traveled to Hastings College, Emporia State University, and Concordia University to face stiff competition where the matches proved to be closer than what the scores showed.
The Bluejays grabbed their first team victory at home against Friends University, sweeping the Falcons 7-0. Tabor finished their season in 9th in the KCAC after playing at Evangel University.

The outdoor track and field teams have made their mark across the midwest. Competing in meets such as the Wash U Distance Carnival in Saint Louis, KT Woodman at Wichita State and the 100th annual Kansas Relays.
