riginally a 13th Century forest lodge, Lime Wood was lovingly renovated to open in 2009, keeping the spirit of its past and adding a contemporary twist without overrunning its original charm. The architecture design is by Charles Morris and Ben Pentreath, with the interiors of the Courtyard Bar and Hartnett Holder & Co restaurant done by Martin Brudnizki. refurbishment of the interiors. Lime Wood consists of 33 bedrooms; 16 in the main house and 17 throughout the grounds. In 2020, a refurbishment by Susie Atkinson across all the rooms was completed. She has taken inspiration from the surroundings and used a combination of contemporary and quirky fabrics with classical styling and antique furniture to create individual character in each.
