North Texas Municipal Water District Management Consulting
Tata & Howard has been contracted to provide management consulting and leadership skill building services for the North Texas Municipal Water District. The project includes meeting with each of the 14 wastewater treatment plant superintendents and chief operators and wastewater collection system management one-on-one as well as meeting with supervisors and managers. In addition, two briefing workshops will be conducted to discuss the findings, overall observations, and potential opportunities for improvement that benefit the treatment facilities. The project also includes a management, operation and maintenance (MOM) workshop that discusses work practices compared to industry standards. This project is a subset of our Business Practice Evaluations that provide for more efficient and effective work practices in comparison to generally accepted industry standards.
