We are here at the Krakow trade fair because it is a terrific event that we have taken part in umpteen times, and it is a recurrent fixture for us in the company’s calendar of events (...). There are fantastic, knowledgeable customers who come very well prepared; we meet business partners and existing customers who check out our equipment and new products. This year we attended many fairs, but personally, these are my favorite because there are many professionals, many distributors, and I see a lot of business opportunities here. Our goal was to understand the Polish market. We met many people interested in our wines, exchanged numerous contacts, and we will see over time what the effects will be. KEY EVENTS OF THE TRADE FAIR The Bocuse d’Or Poland Final On November 9th, the Polish final of the most prestigious culinary competition, Bocuse d'Or, took place, gathering a group of outstanding chefs. Kamil Tłuczek emerged victorious and will represent Poland in the European final in Norway in 2024.

The Trophée Mille Poland Final On November 10th, students from culinary schools competed for a spot in the Parisian final of the global culinary and pastry competition for youth. Each school was represented by a male and female student under the guidance of a teacher. The team from the Culinary School from Krakow emerged victorious.


KEY EVENTS OF THE TRADE FAIR The Final of the SCA Poland Coffee Championships In the Polish final of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Coffee Championships organized on a global level, dozens of participants competed in three categories: Roasters, Cup Tasters, and Coffee in Good Spirits on three different stages.

The Grand Finale of Wine Competitions On the first day of the trade fair, a ceremonial grand finale of the Wine Competitions for the ENOEXPO

2023 Medals took place. For the Polish Wine

and Cider Competition, as well as the International Wine Competition, producers submitted over 160 wines, ciders and meads.


KEY EVENTS OF THE TRADE FAIR Lectures, workshops and tastings The three-day trade show program featured training sessions addressing the most interesting and current topics for the industry, as well as practical workshops, such as those focused on social media promotion. An additional highlight of the trade fair was the unique wine tastings in the MasterClass sessions.

Jubilee cocktail party The first day of the trade fair concluded with an anniversary banquet attended by exhibitors who have been associated with the fair since its first edition, as well as companies that have recently showcased their offerings at the event. The reception provided an excellent opportunity to establish new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
