In a spectacular conclusion to the most prestigious culinary competition, Bocuse d’Or Poland 2025, Kamil Tłuczek triumphed for the second time, earning his ticket to the European final in Marseille.
World-renowned chefs served as judges in the competition.

During the trade fair, as many as 50 program points were carried out, with topics largely revolving around the main theme – “Hospitality Reimagined: from Locality to Innovation.” Nearly 80 speakers took part in discussions, debates, workshops, conferences, and tastings, including respected professionals from the HoReCa and wine industries.

A wonderful atmosphere accompanied the SCA Poland Coffee Championships, where Michał Ciupiński (in the Barista and CiGS categories) and Mateusz Derkacz (in the Cup Tasters category) earned the chance to represent Poland at the world championships.
A journey along the ENOEXPO



On the first day of the trade fair, the ceremonial Final Gala of the Wine Competitions for the ENOEXPO® 2025 Medal took place. The jury of the oldest and most prestigious wine competition in Poland awarded a total of 53 medals and 2 distinctions this year.
The final of the culinary and pastry competition for students of gastronomic schools, Trophée Mille Poland, delivered many exciting moments. For the second year in a row, the winners were students of the Gastronomy School Complex in Łódź — Julia Guzenda and Wiktor Budaj. They will represent Poland in the international final of the competition in France.
