VERSATILE EVENT VENUES


CIBOLO BALLROOM Our signature space, the Cibolo Ballroom is perfect for large corporate meetings and events, and is centrally located in The Clubhouse. This column-free open space features ample natural light, blackout drapes for digital presentations, a dedicated pre-function venue, private terrace and in-room bar.

CLUBHOUSE ROOMS The new Clubhouse venues offer groups modern and flexible spaces, great for gatherings, small meetings, and large conferences.

ACE IN THE HOLE BOARDROOM : 502 SQ. FT. Featuring a traditional boardroom table, Ace in the Hole is great for small executive meetings and as a breakout room from the larger venues.

THE STUDIO : 948 SQ. FT. This intimate, casual event space inspires conversation, collaboration and creativity.

TROUBADOUR : 1,143 SQ. FT. Troubadour is ideal for smaller business meetings, breakout sessions and brainstorming activities.


EVENT LAWN Featuring never-ending views of the Resort Course and Hill Country landscape, the new Event Lawn located directly outside of The Clubhouse is an expansive and versatile space, complete with an oversized firepit, and is perfect for receptions, cocktail hour, and team-building activities.

THE BLUFFS The most versatile and largest Resort venue in Hill Country, this indoor/outdoor meeting venue features state of the art technology, dedicated pre-function space, and more. No matter the size of your event, the Bluffs can be customized to fit your group.

THE BLUFFS LAWN The Bluffs Event Lawn is spacious and perfect for outdoor meetings and receptions, cocktail parties and team-building complete with an oversized firepit, towering oaks, and garden style lighting.

EVENT LAWN : 4,000 SQ. FT.


OAKS PAVILION Ideal for an afternoon or evening reception, the Oaks Pavilion features a thatched pergola providing shade and rustic beauty. Flanked by an oversized, wood-burning fireplace, the Oaks Pavilion offers an ideal respite after a full day of meetings indoors.

GUESTROOMS & SUITES Each Guestroom at Tapatio Springs features over 400 square feet of space, private balconies or sunny terraces, flat screen televisions, plush bedding, and Hill Country or Resort views. King Suites feature a king bed, beautifully appointed living space with a dining area, wet bar, and a private patio or balcony. Here at Tapatio, we also welcome guests to bring their furry friends along to celebrate. All of our accommodations are pet-friendly, and we invite you to explore the nearly endless outdoor areas around the resort. Your traveling guests will settle in and feel right at home, ready to enjoy the all of the activities as your event unfolds.

RESORT GOLF COURSE The Resort Course at Tapatio Springs is one of the most unique courses in Texas with incredible views, elevation changes, shady live oak trees, and holes that are challenging yet playable. Allow us to custom-tailor a group golf experience for your group.

PURESOL SPA Our intimate and inviting on-site spa offers a full menu of treatments and products, perfect for out-of-town guests. Relax in the authentic salt cave and enjoy a full range of body treatments, facials, and massages. Group bookings available in the salt cave.

THE CLUBHOUSE Our all-new Clubhouse serves as the heart of Tapatio, featuring an expansive Hill Country inspired main lobby with plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas where you can gather with family and friends.


LA CASCADA TABLE & BAR La Cascada Table & Bar serves as the dining and social hub of Tapatio. With inspiration taken from our lovely Hill Country landscape, experience fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farms and ranches in a bright, welcoming space with an expansive outdoor terrace, and private dining room.

RESORT POOLS Relax at the peaceful Adult only Pool and hot tub, or head to the Resort Pool complete with waterslide, plenty of poolside lounging, cabanas available for private parties, and seasonal food and beverage service.
