WorkistobeperformedatRetinaandDiabeticEyeCenterforamonthlypriceof$1,200.00for nightlycleaning4timesperweek.
Strip&Waxoffrontofficeuponrequest-$500.00Addonatthetimeofeachrequest.
Thisproposalwillbedeemedacontractwhenservicebegins,andwillbesubjecttocancellation byeitherpartywith30dayswrittennotice.EachDecember(beginningin2025)thepricingwill haveanautomaticincreaseof2%tocoverinflationaryincreasesinsupplyandlaborcosts. Amountsreceivedmorethan15dayslatewillbesubjecttolatecharges.
TCECleaningLLCwillsupplyallnecessarylabor,andsupervisionneededtoperformspecified work.Wewillalsoprovideallchemicals,cleaningsuppliesandequipmentneededtoperformall tasks. RetinaandDiabeticEyeCenter willpayforallbathroom,paperandplasticsuppliessuch astrashcanliners,papertowels,toiletpaper,seatcovers,handsoap,etc.
ProspectiveemployeesmustbeabletomeettheDepartmentofJustice1-9requirements. Thismeanstheyarelegallyauthorizedtoworkinthiscountry,andcanprovideproofoftheir identity.
Wealsouseandconductascreeningprogramandbackgroundinvestigation.
ItisthepolicyofTCECleaningLLCtohirepeoplewhocancommunicateinEnglish.All employeesarerequiredtobeabletospeak,read,write,understand,andcommunicateinEnglish.
Wedonothirepersonswithanycriminalhistoryregardingburglary,theft,etc.(even misdemeanors).
TCECleaningLLCrequiresprior(professional)cleaningexperienceofallofourtechnicians.
Wehaveastepbystephiring/trainingprocessthatalljanitorialstaffutilize.Itincludes one-on-onetraining,demonstrationofworkexpectations,andcleaningprocessvideos,along withincreasedaccountabilityateachstageofthetrainingprocess.
