SPECIFICATIONSANDPRICING
WorkistobeperformedatPCKB-Lawforamonthlypriceof$1,700.00fornightlycleaning5 timesperweek.
Thisproposalwillbedeemedacontractwhenservicebegins,andwillbesubjecttocancellation byeitherpartywith30dayswrittennotice. Annuallythepricingwillhaveanautomaticincrease of2%tocoverinflationaryincreasesinsupplyandlaborcosts.Amountsreceivedmorethan15 dayslatewillbesubjecttolatecharges.
TCECleaningLLCwillsupplyallnecessarylabor,andsupervisionneededtoperformspecified work.Wewillalsoprovideallchemicals,cleaningsuppliesandequipmentneededtoperformall tasks. BlueGiant willpayforallbathroom,paperandplasticsuppliessuchastrashcanliners, papertowels,toiletpaper,seatcovers,handsoap,etc.

ForeachTCEclientfacilitywetaketheagreeduponscopeofworkyouprovidedduringour walkthroughsandusethattocreateindividualizedjobsiteandinspectionchecklists.
Thesechecklistsarecompletedateachservice,andareturnedinwiththeemployee’stime sheet,ortransmittedelectronicallyandrandomlyverifiedforaccuracy Inspectiondatais collectedfromthefieldin“realtime”viasmartphonesandcommunicateddirectlytotheowner onanongoingbasis.
