Exercise 2 Design a panel showing your company’s diversity 1. What is the most adequate way of collecting signals in your company? A virtual panel or a physical one? Think about it and prepare a proposal defining the panel format and the type of data to be collected. 2. Have a look at the previous panel. Analyse if it is suitable for your company or if it requires to be modified for application. The diversity features included in the panel make reference to the aspects underlined by the European Commission, but you can include other aspects of visible or invisible diversity that you may find convenient for the company.
